The BongAI - Deforum AI Video app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide my Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the BongAI - Deforum AI Video app won’t work properly or at all.

It is important to be aware that ohohgames is not responsible for certain aspects of the app. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection, either Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. ohohgames cannot be held responsible if the app does not work at full functionality due to lack of Wi-Fi or data allowance.
When using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, remember that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. As a result, you may be charged for data usage while accessing the app or incur other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Similarly, ohohgames cannot always take responsibility for how you use the app. Ensure that your device remains charged – if the battery runs out and you cannot use the app, ohohgames cannot accept responsibility.
Regarding ohohgames's responsibility for your use of the app, we strive to keep the app updated and accurate at all times. However, we rely on third parties to provide information, and ohohgames accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, experienced as a result of relying on the app's functionality.
We may update the app at some point. The app is currently available on Android & iOS, and the requirements for both systems (and any additional systems we decide to support) may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. ohohgames does not guarantee that the app will always be updated or compatible with your device's Android & iOS version. However, you agree to accept updates when offered. We may also discontinue the app and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must stop using the app and delete it from your device, if necessary.
The App offers three tiers of subscription: Advanced, Pro, and Expert. Each tier provides different benefits, including an allocation of credits that can be used to generate videos using AI machine learning models. The subscription tiers are as follows:
The Advanced Tier provides a monthly subscription that grants the User access to a specific number of credits for generating videos using AI machine learning models.
The Pro Tier provides a monthly subscription that offers a higher allocation of credits compared to the Advanced Tier. The User can utilize these credits to generate a greater number of videos using AI machine learning models.
The Expert Tier provides the highest level of subscription, offering a substantial allocation of credits that surpasses both the Advanced and Pro Tiers. Users subscribing to the Expert Tier can generate a significant number of videos using AI machine learning models.
Credits are used exclusively within the App to generate videos using AI machine learning models. Each video generation consumes a certain number of credits, which varies based on the complexity and length of the video.
As part of the subscription, each tier provides a monthly allocation of credits. These credits are refreshed at the beginning of each billing cycle, allowing Users to generate videos until their allocated credits are exhausted.
In addition to the monthly allocation, Users have the option to purchase extra credits within the App. These additional credits can be used alongside the monthly allocation to generate more videos beyond the limit provided by the subscription tier.
Subject to Your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on a mobile device that You own or control, solely for Your personal or internal business purposes.
The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights associated with the App. This Agreement does not grant You any rights to the Company's trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
Any videos or content generated by You using the App shall remain Your property. However, You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such videos or content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend Your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, in the event of Your breach of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in the App will be corrected. Your use of the App is at Your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association/Institution].
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
